INSTRUCTIONS
How to Prepare: 
1. Open the resealable packet. A 3g spoon is included inside. 
2. For starter, you can take 2 scoop of the powder and add 160ml of water/milk/yogurt. If you are looking for a heavier meal, you can take 3 scoop of the powder and add 230ml of water/milk/yogurt. 
3. After adding the mixture, shake well to make sure it is dissolved. 
4. Ready to enjoy! 
PRE-CAUTIONS

In event of allergy to certain food ingredients, discontinue consumption of drink. Do consult with a doctor if there are any abnormal symptoms.

Precautions for storage: 
a) Store it in a cool and dry place 
b) As the product does not contain any artificial preservatives, it is advised to consume within 6 months of opening.

Tasty and nutritious overall

Very tasty, tastes just like my favourite melon milk! It keeps me full for a reasonable amount of time as well. My only issue with it (therefore 4 instead of 5 stars) is that it doesn't dissolve as easily as I thought it would, even after vigorous shaking and putting in more liquid than recommended, so I get some concentrated lumps at the bottom.

Melon smoothie

Taste no bad, after the drink dun really hv the urge to eat cos can full quite full. Will try the banana flavour next.

awesome!!!

i drink them with milk every morning and it lasted the whole day! great for late sleepers as we tend to drag our feet to wake up. lol. fast and easy prep! Tried both banana and melon, i prefer banana as it’s not as sweet as melon but both taste delicious!
