Review for Centella Repairing Mask
When I first took the mask out of the packaging, the smell was really weird for such a mask. It had a smooth texture and sticks very closely together in the packaging. I managed to put the mask on my face smoothly and put it on for about 20 minutes. My hands were also a bit like slimy after I put the mask so best to wash your hands after use. The mask also stick so tightly to my face that when I took it out, it felt like I was pulling something off my face... However, my face feels quit moisturised but may not be a good fit for my face as my face produces sebum easily. Stickness: 3.5/5 Effectiveness: 4/5 Mask fitting: 2/5 (Too big on my face) Material: 3/5 (interesting material but not much different from other masks out there)
I think I just love Waseyo mask! This is especially good even combination skin like me is suitable to use if I would want for repairing purpose.
The smell and texture is a bit weird. Especially when I was separating the mask. It felt somewhat slimy. But when I had it on, it wasn’t like normal masks where it’ll drip down my face or dry out at the forehead area. It moisturised my skin and dried quite quickly when removed . I was having quite dry skin in the morning before using the mask and it wasn't as dry after using. Woke up the next morning with my face less dry and oily. The mask was a little too big to fit my face though. However it did not really hydrate my face well and there were still dry patches. I would give it a try again but likelihood of repurchasing is quite low cause it doesn't give a hydrated, dewy look that usually people look for in a hydrating mask. Material: 8/10 Fit: 8/10 Effectiveness: 7/10 Stickiness: 6.5/10 - sticky when removing it from the package and separating it to place it on face. But once removed, it dries quickly and feels okay
